    This recipe is quick and easy and very tasty. We love cinnamon so I do double that and I usually increase the entire recipe by 1/2 that way and I get two good size loaves. The bread doesn't keep long as there are no preservatives so I slice it and throw in the freezer and take out just what we need. It toasts up lovely!
