Flavor was pretty good, maybe a bit too sweet. The texture wasn’t very good. Pears can be a bit grainy, so that plus cinnamon made for a gritty smoothie. Might need a creamy element like yogurt to balance out? Maybe skip the vanilla or reduce the maple syrup to adjust?

A little too sweet , next time I will try without the vanilla and use maybe 1/2 tsp of cinnamon max .
