  • 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup Smucker's® Sugar Free Orange Marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup raisins (or dried cranberries)

    Directions

    1. HEAT oven to 375°F.
    2. COMBINE oats, almonds and wheat germ in 13 x 9-inch pan. Measure syrup, sweet orange marmalade and oil in 2-cup microwave-safe measuring cup. Stir in cinnamon, vanilla and salt. Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes. Pour over oat mixture. Stir until evenly coated.
    3. BAKE 40 minutes, stirring after every 10 minutes to toast evenly. Stir in raisins. Cool.
