Really good, the texture and look are great. I used regular honey and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon. They’re maybe a bit sweet.

These cookies were amazing! No matter how hard I try, they never last more than a few days in my house! I added a pinch more cinnamon and they are now my favorite cookies!

Dough was too runny to work properly so had to add about 1/2 cup more flour before it became workable.
Nice flavour but mor cinnamon could've been added

Bump up the honey to 5Tbps for a moist, workable dough. Add plenty of cinnamon, about 3-4tsps, for a flavorful cookie. Great recipe. Short, crisp, buttery. They never last a week.

Following the directions and ingredients, the dough was pretty dry and not easy to work with. I will add more honey/butter next time and see if that helps.

I added an entire cup of butter and 4.25 tablespoons of honey and found the resulting dough perfect, not too sticky, not too dry. They were delicious! I plan to make them again this weekend.

Great recipe and it was delicious! I've always loved shortbread and this is a definte repeat.
I also didn't think the units were a problem. Easy to convert or figure out how to

Traditionally shortbread is from the UK and they use metric measurements like the rest of the world. Don't rate 1 star just because you can't do conversions. Looks so easy I can't wait to make this!! Possibly tonight!
