I made it two times. The first time the cake was dry and I think it was because I blotted the water from the zucchini. For the icing, which is amazing, I did not add enough milk so I had to double the recipe. The second time I added at least 4 T of milk for the icing and it turned out as a glaze. And, I mixed in the zucchini without blotting and the cake is most! Love this!
