The muffin itself wasn't too sweet which was gave a nice balance to the recipe. I added a little extra to the cinnamon crunch part, about two tablespoon fulls of Woodstock's organic shredded coconut (unsweetened) to stretch it a little further with some extra juice. Came out nice, I am satisfied with this recipe and will be recommending it to fellow bakers out there.
