- 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup toasted wheat germ
- 3/4 cup sunflower kernels (roasted)
- 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 2/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup almond (unsalted, and walnut butter)
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar (lightly packed)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. canela
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries (chop them a bit, if they seem big)
- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips (mini-chips, if you can find them)
