Delicious. I made a double batch. The batter came together easily and they came out great. Super moist, tender and great flavor. Next time I might add walnuts to the middle mixture.

I live around 10,000 feet so I’m not sure how that affects anything but I needed to make sure I put these on the middle rack or the bottoms or tops will burn. I tried baking two sheets one above the other and that was the case. They were still moist inside though. But the second time I made them, keeping on middle rack, they were phenomenal, soft-crunchy topping and moist cinnamon swirl inside. Perfect cinnamon swirl muffin IMO, my go-to recipe now. Want to try making an icing for them.

These came out amazing! Really light and fluffy, full of cinnamon flavor! Definitely making these again.
