They didn’t turn out so good. They tasted alright but they were hard to cook. They turn brown so fast without it being done in the middle. And I turned the heat lower and they still didn’t turn out great. I don’t know maybe it needs something that holds it together better

Best GF/Paleo pancakes we’ve tried. I enjoy them more than traditional pancakes because of the nutty flavor from the chia seeds and flax. Next time, we plan to sub sweet potato purée in place of the banana.

So stinking good! Super easy to make and very delicious. Topped it with pure maple syrup.

Moist and tasty. I put the banana in the oven for 10 min to increase the sweetness and make it easier to blend.

Delicious! No extra sweetener needed, but drizzling a little bit of honey on the top of your pancakes is heavenly! I now make this recipe all the time, and prefer it to regular pancake recipes.

Awesome recipe, I will definitely make it again. Had it with real maple syrup.

That was so good! Looking at the ingredients I thought it'd be those weird banana pancakes that have a gross texture but it thickened up cooked perfectly. Definitely recommend it! Goes great with a big glass of milk and some maple syrup!

These pancakes were so GREAT! It turned out I didn't have flax seeds, but I did have wheat germ flakes which I used instead. They were so light and good! Even my partner - who hates chia seeds - thought they were fabulous. So light and nutritious.. If I knew they were this good, I would have doubled the recipe and frozen the 2nd batch for another day's Quick Breakfast!! THANKS!!
