Super delicious muffins!!! These taste absolutely amazing and I followed the recipe exactly but added some vanilla essence to the mix and it was perfect! Filled with marshmallows, the cinnamon filling, and white chocolate chips added an extra element to these yummy muffins:)

These were so GOOD! They just came out of the oven about half an hour ago, and I just tried them a minute ago, but oh my goodness! (I made them with the coconut oil, by the way, and half the honey was orange blossom honey because I ran out of the ordinary honey.) Why get Cinnabon when I can make these and eat them guilt-free! Only next time, I will make them in a nonstick cupcake mold because they make a bit of a mess with the cupcake papers, but other than that, incredible!

Absolutely lovely. Easy to make, simply delicious. Will make it again and a again. I used half ghee, half coconut oil.
