- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. bourbon (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips (I used closer to 1/2 cup)
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1/4 cup butter (cold)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
- 1 tsp. canela
- maple syrup (for serving, optional)
