So amazing! These are a delicious on the go snack or quick breakfast treat! I drizzled honey on the top & sprinkled small bits of granola all around and it gave it a nice crunch. Next time I’m going to try and mix the granola into the batter. Super moist as well!

Yummy! I reduced the sugar, but they were still awesome with a little cream cheese and jam spread on while still warm.
