Really great cake. Very moist and flavorful. Easy ingredients and came together quickly. Batter is thick. Not pourable like most cake mixes.

This was excellent, however I cut back on the brown sugar a little and added more apples

Terrific cake - not heavy and just enough for a delicious treat whenever you want to reward yourself and your family. The slight crust that forms really adds to the enjoyment!
