This is the best recipe I have ever made!

Super good! The only changes I made were that I ended up using way less flour, probably only about 4 cups and I only used about 2/3 of the icing. These were so delicious though and everyone was telling me they tasted just like Cinnabon!

Great recipe! The bread is soft and chewy and delicious. There were several small things in the recipe that I have never tried before but were great ideas. First, corn starch in the brown sugar mixture for the inside helped make the filling thicker and more substantial. Second, the corn syrup in the frosting made it silky smooth and decadent. Apparently I just needed more corn by-products in my cinnamon rolls.

Followed directions on the buns. Icing was very sweet so added less icing sugar to my taste. Very tasty, everyone loved them.

By far the best cinnamon rolls I have had. The key is taking them out before they are too brown, leaving them super soft and light. Adding a citrus zest (orange is best to me) to the icing gives them a pop of freshness and added acid that I think is needed.

This was my first time making cinnamon rolls from scratch (or any yeast dough), so I was nervous. The rolls turned out PERFECTLY though!! My apt was a little cold though, so the dough might not have risen as much as it would’ve otherwise. The icing on these are perfect and made the rolls really taste exactly like Cinnabon!! These truly were worth the effort instead of just popping open a can!

I couldn’t make this after very much looking forward to it. Unfortunately the format is cutting off the directions! I have opened the recipe on google and safari with the same results. If anyone can see the whole thing or has any ideas, I’d appreciate the help

Easy recipe! Would suggest removing from hot pan before it cools!

These came out absolutely amazing! I’m very much a rookie when it comes to baking, but these came out great! The first time I made them I did not add the lemon and they were perfect. The second time I did add the lemon and regretted it. Otherwise GREAT recipe!!

Excellent recipe. I didn’t have cream cheese on hand for the frosting, so I substituted Cool-whip, and also a Meyer Lemon and a little extra cinnamon. The frosting turned out remarkably creamy and bubbly, and frankly, I suspect after having done this that Cinnabon must do something quite similar.

I only needed 4 cups of flour (add and mix slowly). The frosting is to die for! ( I had left over filling and frosting and decided to make a cinnamon cake with them too)

I wouldn't say the taste like Cinnabon, but they are amazing. I slowly added in flour and used just under 4 cups!

Great recipe... I did use five cups of flour (despite the other reviewers using less), however I just had to add a little water as I went along to make sure everything was properly incorporated. Made a beautiful dough... I found that the baking time (for me) was only 15 minutes. 20 was definitely too long. The flavors were classic cinnamon roll and made friends and family very happy. Very satisfying recipe. Great Saturday morning treat... The rolls (I think) lose some of their luster by the next day, so use up or give away within the same day. This recipe will definitely go in my regular rotation.

These turned out absolutely delicious. Now I must say, unless I seriously did something wrong, you absolutely will NOT use 5 cups of flour. I am a complete rookie when it comes to making dough so I had no idea that I should have stopped trying to add flour. I actually burned out my stand mixer trying to add all 5 cups. I was extremely frustrated. Then something told me to read the reviews and I realized that other said the same thing about the 5 cups of flour. Thankfully, the dough is actually somewhat foolproof, it will reach a point where the flour will no longer stick and blend in so you essentially can't add anymore.

Heavy, added almost the whole 5 cups flour, maybe limit it to 3 or 3 1/2 cups. Dough will be sticky but knead by hand, turns out better then waiting for dough to pull away from sides of bowl.

These rolls were amazing . The best cinnamon rolls I have ever eaten . My dough took a lot less than 5 cups of flour about 3 cups perhaps because I was kneading by hand . However, if you follow the directions closely and add flour until the dough pulls away from the bowl and is slightly sticky they turn out perfectly .
