Very flavorful recipe! Topped with fresh Pico de Gallo, good accompaniment for this dish. Added spinach, little cream and Parmesan cheese to thicken. Kudos to creator of recipe, spot on.

Turned out wonderful. Used scallops instead of shrimp. Didn’t have chicken stock so I replaced it with more white wine and it tasted great. I also added sautéed spinach.
