    super easy, very tasty. the times given in directions are a good 10 mins out though, 10 mins simmer after reaching boiling point and then 10 mins off heat with the lid on is plenty

    Delicious. Added a little more lime juice and let the rice sit, covered, off heat for 5 minutes instead of 10 (I was hungry), and it turned out amazing.

    great! I made it with brown rice: 4 cups of broth, 1 1/2 cups of rice, doubled everything else. I forget how long it cooked, more than half hour. the fam loved it.
