Delicious. Added a little more lime juice and let the rice sit, covered, off heat for 5 minutes instead of 10 (I was hungry), and it turned out amazing.

it turn out really nice. i ended up putting less lime in the rice because i didn't like too much lime in my rice. but it was nice.

great! I made it with brown rice: 4 cups of broth, 1 1/2 cups of rice, doubled everything else. I forget how long it cooked, more than half hour. the fam loved it.

soft i could of added a little bit of olive oil since the rice did stick to sauce pan but overall it tastes great
