Easy & ery good!. Had left quinoa from yesterday meal so I just added the ingredients then tossed in the quinoa. Definitely make it again.

It was amazing cilantro and lime are besties. It was very flavorful and lily and just overall exquisite.

It turned out great. Easy to make and it was delicious. Another great way to enjoy quiona. I will definitely make this dish again.

I left out a couple things like the broth and the cilantro (I didn’t have any haha) and some other things but it still tasted AMAZING!!!!

Turned out good. Added a little chicken seasoning base and used scotch bonnet pepper instead of chiles and jalapeños. Also added some green peppers.

I really liked this recipe, I added a bit of Choula green pepper sauce and it’s a nice touch

Great, used precooked quinoa so skip some of the steps and jumped to sauteing ingredients and mixing/fluff ingredients. Will make again. Paired with vegan cauliflower black bean tacos. Wonderful!
