I used boneless/skinless chicken thighs for this. Honey-based marinades always go great with thighs.
My entire family LOVED this dish. My wife who thinks black pepper is spicy did find the cayenne in here to be noticeable, but still loved the flavor. When we make this again she wants the cayenne still in it, but just a little less. My daughter and I, however, didn’t notice any spiciness.
My wife noticed a heavy lime taste at first, but quickly got used to it and loved the dish. Again, my daughter and I didn’t notice anything out of balance. If someone is more sensitive to citrus flavors, the lime in the glaze would be a good option to half or cut altogether.

This is hands down the BEST grilled chicken recipe out there. I’ve made this like 6 times already and it’s just as yummy every time! I don’t even like cilantro but I tried it anyway and omg is it good. Love it! Thanks for the recipe!

Loved it!!! My husbands asked for it the 2nd time! I didn’t have cilantro nor did I do the glaze and it still turned out amazing! Thank you for this delicious idea!

So delicious! I don't measure any ingredients and it was so good! The family really enjoyed it! I will definitely be making this again! i want to give it 5 stars but it won't let me!

I used cilantro from my herb garden to make this. It turned out well. Only had time to marinate it for three hours. I’ll try it again and marinate it overnight. I hope that will add more flavor.

This came out great!! Very light & summery feel to it, and had a nice sweetness from the honey glaze. Highly recommend this recipe!!
