    This came out great. Before I chose this,I totally missed the part where it needed to marinate for 2 hours or more. So I worked with the time I had (30 minutes) I’m sure the flavor would’ve been more powerful through and through each bite but it still came out wonderful. My kids are in love and the whole family enjoys it. I also did not have limes so I substitute for lemon zest and bottled lime juice as substitutes

    Delish, make sure to pay attention to the medium high heat! I did my cast iron on more of the medium heat side and it was 10 minutes per side vs 4-5 like the recipe states. My first batch I had to finish off in the over for 5 minutes on 425 to give it that last cook.

    We loved this!!! I added extra lime juice and a tablespoon of key lime juice (I had it around). My boyfriend said “add it to the list of favorites” that’s a huge compliment. We served it with cilantro lime rice salad that had hunks of almost ripe avocado (still firmish) and blackbeans

    Taste great added additional salt and cooked in Airfryer 25 minutes. Will make again, next time will try with chicken wings.

    Cooked on the careful not to over cook if you do that. Flavor is great. I may add more lime next time. Cilantro is good in everything!

    So good! Cooked it in a sous vide instead of on a skillet and it was very juicy! I’ll try it next time on a skillet to get that crisp.

    yummy i didn't have cilatro and substituted soy sauce and added more olive oil and really let it sit in frig for a day and used boneless thighs and quickly fried on stove in olive oil and declious

    Fantastic! Even though I forgot to put the cilantro in until 30 minutes before grilling this turned out tasty and flavorful. I used the outdoor grill and doubled the recipe. We finished all of the leftovers!

    I didn’t have chili powder, so I substituted with cayenne pepper. The chicken was quite spicy but delicious! Will be great with brown rice and tacos later.
