    Fantastic! We make these every Tuesday for taco night. I marinate before I go to work & fry in the cast iron for a few minutes and they are perfect.

    It needed more salt for us. I will double the spices and salt next time and use chicken breast. (My family just cannot get over the gristle...even on boneless skinless chicken thighs.). I only had it in the marinade for 3 hours which was't long enough so I will also do it overnight.

    This was very tasty. I wish that I had more time to marinate more than 2 hours but even still it was pretty good. 7-8 mins each side on the Foreman grill though.

    So yummy and full of flavor. I marinated the chicken overnight. I cooked them in the oven using boneless, skinless, chicken thighs. Popped in 400 degree oven, cooked for 15 minutes one side, flipped and cooked the other side for another fifteen minutes. Will def make these again!

    Substituted lemon for the lime! Was delicious on grill!
    It's been one if my favorites. I enhanced it by adding sliced red chili peppers and deglaze the pan with 1 cup of chicken broth or stock. Adding the sauce onto the chicken at the end.

    The thighs needed a heck of a lot more time than 4 or 5 minutes a side. Closer to 10. But the flavors were nice.

    This recipe was fantastic! Perfect flavorings of cilantro and lime. I served it with rice and black beans. It rounded out the perfect Mexican meal. I will definitely make it again

    Good recipe, could use a bit more salt in my opinion. only marinated for 2hrs though. lime flavor really brightens up the chicken.

    Overall pretty easy and simple recipe. Like many others I served with a rice, I did as garlic as well. Seared and then finished in the oven.

    It tasted delicious! I didn't had the fresh cilantro so I used it dried. I also forgot the lime zest and only left it to marinate for 45 minutes as i was out of time... jejjeje And with all those variations still taste amazing.

    Delicious, juicy, and extremely easy to make. I didn’t have enough time marinate it for the recommended time but it still came out very flavorful!
