AMAZING! Simply delicious! The only thing I added to the recipe was some dried cilantro leaves to just give it a little more kick in the dry ingredients. Seriously easy to make! For the sides I did the suggested cilantro lime white rice and mixed veggies. For garnish I did a lime slice to squeeze for additional flavor and fresh chopped cilantro. And for beverage I did a margarita with a twist of lime, yum!!
