    I really enjoyed this receipe. I made ginger beef to go with it and added fresh ginger. It complimented the meal perfectly!

    I didn't have the cilantro at the time but it still tasted good. I tried the food processor, and grating but didn't like how it was turning out. I found it easier just to chop it up into small pieces since it crumbles anyway. My husband who is not a fan of veggies thought it was good so that's a huge plus.
