Loved it! The nutmeg flavor is barely perceptible but it is definitively there, however it does not overpower the lime. The rice was delicious. Unfortunately, I measured the amount of liquid incorrectly and when I realized most of I was already evaporated and I had to add it on the go, which caused the rice to come out a bit sticky, but even so it was pretty good. I will repeat this one again because I want to make it perfect.

As I explore new meal options and healthier ingredients, I found this rice recipe very simple and delicious. I already had all the ingredients, minus the lime, and was shocked I had never thought to add flavor instead of butter to my rice. Full disclosure, I rushed the rice and its a little sticky 🤦🏽♀️ but not bad...have no fear, I'll make it better next time.
