- 4 oz. bacon (streaky; approx 4 slices/rashers)
- 1 onion (small)
- 10 oz. rutabaga (/swede)
- 1 apple
- 5 grams butter
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 11 oz. apple cider (can, hard, you probably won't use all)
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
