Nice dough - it is wet, and responded well to being put in a clay baker. (I think it would have been rather flat if just on a pan.)
Note: be careful with the amount of flour used when doing the final shaping; if it’s not kneaded in it will sit in a pocket and show up when you slice the loaf.
