Awesome. So crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Will make again. Was making this for my tuna sandwich for the week, almost ate it all. I love ciabatta, wanted to learn to make for myself. Time consuming, but easy.

Delicious. I used a package of active dry yeast and all purpose flour instead of bread flour. 2T of olive oil around my mixing bowl gave the dough a light buttery taste.
