Raves from ages 7 to 50. I did not use a pressure cooker but steamed the potatoes over top of the broth, subbed a bunch of leftover spiral ham for bacon, and used my favorite power tool at the end, my immersible mixer. Velvet smooth with big chunky chunks. Topped with green onion, cheddar cheese and croutons. Sooo good.

I love this soup!! thick, creamy and flavourful. All I do differently is add more spices like basil, thyme etc.
