- 8 oz. almond milk (Califia Farms Toasted Coconut)
- 1 scoop protein powder (Dymatize Iso 100 Chocolate Peanut Butter, By far my favorite protein powder!)
- 1 liquid stevia (dropper of, optional… not a deal breaker if you don’t have it)
- vanilla (Blurp of, maybe 1/2-1 tsp)
- 1/2 tsp. xanthan gum (you can experiment a little… I do a little more than 1/4 tsp these days.)
- 160 grams ice (it varies depending on what ice I’m using, and maybe the weather! But this is my range for getting it thick enough to be yummy, but not so thick that the ice has watered down the flavor so much that it’s not even tasty anymore. Boooo.)
- 12 grams PBfit (or other powdered peanut butter)
- 5 grams cocoa powder (I like the Hershey’s dark, or the bag from Trader Joes… any will work.)

Excellent!!! Added 3 extra ice cubes, 1/2 cup milk and 1/4 cup of water. Perfect!
