I LOVE this recipe, it is my absolute favorite. However, it is better with Greek dressing in my opinion, it is fantastic!

It was good! I made my own dressing with red wine vinegar, salt, lemon juice, pepper, and olive oil

I used Greek vinaigrette instead of Italian. I also added extra onion powder, Italian seasoning, and vinegar (I like food with lots of bite/flavor)

Very flavorful and summery. I'd recommend serving this as fresh as possible as the salad does not keep very well in the fridge, only a day or so.
