These came out scrumptious. Added minced garlic to the butter as was suggested and they were like a restaurants yummy garlic knots but better with the gooey cheese in the middle.

The cheese bursted our of the pizza dough, as I expected it would. Delicious though! And as you can see we didn’t get as many rolls out of it as the recipe says but I didn’t stretch it as thin so that’s probably why.

5 stars for taste and fairly easy to make. My trouble was that there was no way I could have gotten 36 rolls from the pizza dough like the author did. Even the 24 that I managed were quite small. I will definitely make these again, though. Everyone really enjoyed them.

Very Tasty. I added italian seasoning to the cheese mixture, not saving it for just the end. You can add other toppings in with the cheese, so we did a thin slice of Tofurky Italian Sausage in the center of the square with a small ball of the cheese mixture on top, and spinach underneath the cheese inside the 'ball' on others. Served with cups of both red pasta sauce and alfredo sauce for dipping.

This was so simple, yet so good!! I would probably suggest doubling the filling for the rolls just so you have extra, but that's just me. I took this to a Christmas party and it disappeared quite quickly!
