I was skeptical of the 425 degree oven temperature so I lowered it to 400. The recipe says to bake the bread for 25-30 minutes. I set my timer for 20 minutes. At 20 minutes and a cooler oven, the bread was over baked on the absolute verge of burned. We ate only from the middle pieces. All of the cheese mixture was melted out or absorbed even though the dough seams were tightly sealed. There was a big empty hole in the middle of each ball. This recipe does not work with pizza dough. Perhaps a regular bread dough would be better, but I have my doubts. I feel that the baking temperature should probably be around 350 degrees.
