It's very good and fairly easy to make. I substituted mozzarella since I don't like blue cheese and it still turned out well. It might be a good idea to crush the pecans so they're smaller pieces, but it's fine either way. I wasn't sure how the dressing would turn out, but it turned out great.

This salad looked terrific in the serving dish, but something is missing. Maybe it needs honey in the dressing or something...not sure. It looks better than it tastes.
