- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. mixed spice (ground)
- 1 tsp. vanilla powder (or 1 tsp vanilla bean paste, not raw)
- 50 grams butter (cacao)
- 3 Tbsp. cacao powder
- 2 Tbsp. sweetener
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1/2 white chocolate (a batch of my ", coating" from here)
- 150 grams water (raw whole almonds soaked in, for at least 4 hours)
- 2 Tbsp. sweetener
- 1 tsp. spirulina powder (for green colouring)
- 1 tsp. beet juice (or powder, for red colouring)
