- 2 scoops vanilla (Tone It Up Protein)
- 2 tsp. baking powder

- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 egg (or 1 Tbsp. ground chia seeds + 3 Tbsp. warm water to make it vegan! Make sure to let it sit for a minute in the warm water before adding)

- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
