- 250 grams pasta (uncooked, I used rigatoni which work really well)
- 1 onion (medium, finely diced)
- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- fresh parsley
- basil
- 1/2 mozzarella ball
- 50 grams mature cheddar
- 50 grams tomato puree
- 1/2 tsp. dried mixed herbs (eg oregano, basil, thyme)
