This recipe was excellent! Definitely a bit time consuming but well worth the effort. Will definitely make this again.

Very easy to follow and was delicious! I used a cast iron skillet on an electric stovetop and was able to get that yummy rice "crust" (there's a name for it) while it's still moist. I'm thinking this is a great base paella recipe that can be added to.
