- 4 oz. chorizo sausage (chopped)
- 1 sweet onion
- 2 cloves garlic (coarsely chopped)
- 17 oz. cannellini (or white kidney beans, rinsed and drained)
- 5 cups water
- 2 knorr tomato bouillon with chicken flavor cube
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

Directions
- Brown chorizo in small saucepot over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Add onion and cook about 4 minutes, until golden. Stir in garlic and beans and cook 1 minute, stirring to coat beans. Add water and Knorr® Tomato Bouillon with Chicken flavor Cube and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer about 15 minutes. Stir in cilantro and serve.
