Excellent! Easy to make. Had to do a few exchanges based on what I had on hand
I used char grilled mild chillies instead of capsicum (just threw them on the bbq for a minute), sun dried tomatoes instead of char grilled. Had no saffron (too expensive), but the paprika gave it that type of flavour anyway. Very yummy. Will try it again with seafood.

I liked it very much. Would try it with a different rice next time but lots of flavour and very enjoyable

Extremely well spiced and tasty. It has a great portion or all the ingredients and was an excellent meal I will definitely make again.
