Loved it. I used venison chorizo and wasn’t able to cut little sausage bites, so I shaped the ground meat into small, flat patties. I should’ve used more volume of the tasty wine sauce. I settled for a thin sauce and would’ve liked more of a glaze like in the picture. Very rich.
