- 1 lb. chorizo sausage (removed from the casing if applicable)
- 8 oz. baby portobello mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 yellow onion (large, diced)
- 1 sweet potato (large, washed and diced, peel if desired)

- 5 cloves garlic (chopped)
