My husband has never been a big fan of stuffed peppers. He says they're bland/boring, but this recipe surprised him. he said they're the best stuffed peppers he's ever had! We really enjoyed them. They were a little spicy for me, but sour cream helped with that. He said they had great flavor! I got regular canned tomatoes and added some jalapeno.

This turned out very well. It is a little spicy for my taste but I would fix it again
