- 2.5 oz. chorizo (spicy Spanish cooking, the kind I used was flavored with paprika and cayenne)
- 1,400 grams vine tomatoes (peeled, deseeded and chopped, see notes below)
- 1/2 bell pepper (red, yellow or green, deseeded and cut into thin slices)

- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- ground black pepper (dash of fresh)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley (roughly chopped)
