Turned out tasty! Forgot the quail eggs, and used pork and pork liver instead of chicken. Would make again.

Stir frys are a favourite of mine and although I didn't have quail eggs and left them out this was a fresh and tasty dish. I find making and using own stock/broth or a good store bought makes the difference to stir frys and would make again.
