- 1 1/2 cups garbanzo beans (cooked, you can use the canned variety)
- 15 cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1/4 onion (thinly sliced)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup tamarind water (see notes)
- 1 Tbsp. sweetener (honey or maple syrup to keep it vegan)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
