Ingredients: 1/2 English cucumber seedless/, peeled and finely diced; 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt coarse; 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt; 1/2 cup mayonnaise light or regular; 1 clove garlic finely minced, or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder; 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed; 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar; 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley; pinch black pepper; 1 1/2 pounds chicken breasts I like to use thin cut chicken; 2 tablespoons olive oil; 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice from about 2 large lemons; 1/3 cup buttermilk; 4 cloves garlic finely minced or pressed, or 1 teaspoon garlic powder; 2 teaspoons dried oregano; 1 teaspoon kosher salt coarse; 1/2 teaspoon black pepper I use coarsely ground; use less if finely ground; 5 pita breads or flatbread like this homemade recipe; 3 romaine small to medium heads, chopped, about 8 cups; 1 English cucumber seedless/, peeled and diced; 1 bell pepper medium, red, yellow or orange, cored, seeded and diced; 1 cup Kalamata olives chopped or sliced; 1/2 red onion sliced into thin slivers; 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese or more, to taste
