- 8 oz. bamboo shoots (drained)
- 8 oz. baby bella mushrooms (fresh, sliced)
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes (use more or less according to your taste)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 4 Tbsp. water
- 4 oz. canton noodles (cooked according to directions. Set aside.)

This was wonderful, made it first with pork and today with chicken...both turned out delicious however, I prefer the pork in this recipe...will make it again and a great company dish with hot tea, fortune cookies and rice....try it
