- 1 tsp. ginger paste
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 tea bag (3 to, dried amla or 1 black, optional)
- 1 onion (medium, chopped or ½ cup chopped onion)
- 2 tomatoes (medium to large, chopped or ¾ cup chopped tomatoes)
- 150 grams paneer (100 to, /cottage cheese)
- 3 green chillies (2 to, slit)
- 1 tsp. coriander powder
- 1 tsp. cumin powder
- 1 tsp. red chili powder
- 1 tsp. amchur (powder/dry mango powder)
- 1/2 tsp. kasuri methi (/dry fenugreek leaves)
- 1/2 tsp. Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1 cup water (or add as required)
