- 1 tsp. cranberry jam
- 20 grams chocolate

- cut up the baking ginger
- Add the ginger, a little bit of syrup and the cranberry jam to the ice cream. mix only slightly to keep some swirls of red and yellow through the ice cream. Refreeze
- Melt chocolate.
