- 1/2 cup butter (120g | 4oz, melted)
- 2 full fat cream cheese (227g | 8oz packages)
- 1 full fat sour cream (500ml container)
- 1 cup granulated sugar (200g | 7oz)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 lime (or 1/2 lemon)
- 5 large eggs
- 3 Tbsp. tapioca starch (you could also use corn starch)
- 1/2 tsp. Himalayan salt
- 1 cup cacao (150g | 5.25oz, paste, or unsweetened chocolate, melted)
- 1/2 cup full fat sour cream (or heavy cream)
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup cacao (paste, or unsweetened chocolate, very finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. raw honey
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup whipped cream
- salted caramel (saved from above)
