- 250 grams butter
- 250 grams sugar
- 6 eggs (separated and at room temperature)
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- confectioner's sugar (for garnish., optional)

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Grease a cake tin (22 centimeters.) with butter, and line with parchment paper.
- Break the chocolate into pieces and melt with the butter in the microwave on low. Stop and stir every minute until smooth.
