Ingredients

4 SERVINGS
- 1 can full fat coconut milk (chilled in the fridge overnight, very important, please don’t skip)
- 1 avocado (very ripe)
- 2 Tbsp. tea (We Are Tea Peppermint)
- 2 Tbsp. malt syrup (rice, or honey, if you use a darker sweetener like date syrup or dark agave it will result in a not so green colour)
- 2 frozen banana
- 2 Tbsp. coconut yogurt
- 3 Tbsp. raw cacao
- 50 grams dark chocolate (melted, to drizzle on top)
- 1 handful cacao nibs (to sprinkle)
- 1 Tbsp. liquid sweetener (your choice, optional -I didn’t use any as the bananas were sweet enough for me)
